you have the same bed as me--mine was pilfered from my uncle's farmhouse after it sat abandoned for ten years after he died--his tractor rolled. I spray-painted it red.

are you going to cook on a woodstove? that's wild. are your parents excited about your purchase- helping you clean it out and spiff it up?

There's an electric stove, too, so who knows what I'll use. My parents have their hands full, so I'll be doing most of the work. Grandpa has time to help, so he'll probably work with me a bit.

y'know, it's really kind've sweet that you are posting this stuff and people are asking you neighborly questions.
the fact that Slippery G. and/or SandPan are living in NoDak...relinquishing themselves (for the time being) to cowboy-dom etc.
mom & pop are busy, so grandpa may help!? i can't imagine what Slippery or Pan would say back to the person that said that.
i look forward so much to the fruits of your current labor. the rope tricks, the poetry, the sad songs, and *obviously* the book.

All my selves live relatively harmoniously. You may not have met Frank Folkenstein, Sandy Goodnight, or Reno Lonegambler yet. Together we comprise the famed "Rappin' Cowboy 6-Pack."
