I finally found an opportunity to shine in Austin. A friend who works for Asthmatic Kitty Records let me do a set this morning during his label's showcase. The crowd dug it.
Miss Theresa has been a kind and generous hostess, providing shelter from the storm and food for my form. I'm feeling strong again. Tomorrow I drive to the Bayou State: Lousiana.
